<p>Well, there's not much to say for a first post in a blog except to welcome everyone who visits our little spot on the world wide web. So… Welcome!!</p><p>Most who come to this site will already know who Justin and Amy West are, but for those who don't, here is a very quick introduction. I'm originally from the St. Louis, MO area and went to Truman State University where I received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I met Amy, during the first week of college. She received a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science with an Equine Specialization. We got married on August 7th, 2004, just before our last semester of college. We both graduated and moved back to the St. Louis area where I started a java programming job at NISC. We are in the middle of building a house in Wright City, MO, which we are anxiously waiting to see finished on September 15th.</p><p>So as for this site, we (mostly I) wanted a place where we can talk about anything we want. We can post in a variety of categories ranging from what is happening in our lives, to informational posts about things we want to share, or even rants about issues that bother us.</p><p>Overall, our goal is to have a place on the net where we can share information with others, and maybe even be an interesting place for family and friends to regularly visit.
